How do I become a carrier for Surehaul Freight?
Visit our "Become a Carrier" page and complete the application form. You'll need to provide your MC/DOT authority, insurance certificates, and W-9 form.
What are the carrier requirements?
Carriers must have active MC/DOT authority, $1M cargo insurance (or as required), valid insurance certificates, and a satisfactory safety rating. We also require a W-9 form and signed carrier agreement.
How quickly do you pay carriers?
We offer quick pay options with settlement within 7-14 days. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice receipt.
What equipment types do you work with?
We work with all equipment types including dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, drop decks, RGNs, and specialized equipment.
